Messages from Spirit: A Journey of Love and Guidance
This book of channeled messages has been a labor of love, unfolding over many years. Each message was originally written for a Reiki client before our sessions, intuitively channeled to meet their unique needs at that moment.
How Did I Channel These Messages?
The process of receiving these messages spans a period of three years. Each one took anywhere from 20 minutes to almost an hour to compose. Using my internal senses of seeing images, hearing words, and feeling deeply into what was being revealed, I became a conduit for these blessed words to flow through me.
Being in that sacred space of openness to Spirit is a profound and peaceful experience. Letting the uplifting messages come forth is both an honor and a privilege. I witnessed how these messages often touched my clients deeply and inspired them on their daily path, and I felt so humbled.
Why Did I Decide to Write this Book?
Recognizing the power of these words, my friends encouraged me to compile them into a book so that others might also find inspiration. Over the past year, I carefully edited and refined the messages to preserve their original meaning and the feeling they conveyed. The result is an inspirational collection of channeled messages that offer guidance, comfort, and inner strength to all who read them.
I invite you to approach these messages with openness and curiosity. You may choose to open the book randomly, read a message slowly, and let it settle in. Reflect on it throughout your day. Revisit it in the evening and notice what resonates. Did you see things a little differently? Have you sensed the invisible support surrounding you? Can you feel the love and emotional nourishment available to you?
These messages serve as gentle reminders, awakening an awareness of the unseen love and support that is always present.

of “my pain,”
and focusing on the good?
When that happens, a quietness
sets in,
and a holy introspection arises.
Questions like “Who am I, really?”
abound here.
This is part of the opening,
and is where healing light enters.
All pain and hardship
behind you,
you are now ready to move forward
in a quiet way, garnering peace,
looking and settling within,
where grace and love abide,
because that’s what you are.
You are worthy and loved,
besides being love, itself!
Explore what this means
and with this knowledge,
construct a life
devoid of any more suffering.
Inner pain and turmoil,
from thoughts and memories,
do not define you in any way.
You are not your thoughts,
nor your emotions, which all pass.
You are a luminous being,
full of light!
